Qualifications
- Strong anesthesia experience and comfort with neurologic procedures.
- Ability to calculate complex medication dosages and CRIs.
- Experience nursing hospitalized neurology patients and communicating with clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Independently calculate and administer complex medication dosages, including CRIs and anesthesia protocols.
- Safely induce, monitor, and recover patients undergoing anesthesia for neurology procedures.
- Monitor anesthetized patients and respond to physiologic changes.
- Operate infusion and syringe pumps and manage critical patients.
- Educate clients on neurologic care and post-operative expectations.
- Perform client follow-ups and ongoing patient care support.
