Job summary

NATUS Medical is seeking a Professional Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical implementation, integration, and support for Neurology systems, with a focus on server architecture and enterprise deployments.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams to design, implement, and optimize system architecture for performance and reliability, while ensuring compliance with quality processes and documentation. This role requires travel up to 10% and readiness for remote deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required.
• 5 years of field service installations, training, and troubleshooting.
• Certification in at least 2 of: SQL Server, Server Administration, Citrix, VMWare Horizon, HL7 Interface, Isilon/Pure Storage or Cloud Architecting.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation and solution design for Neurology software in customer-hosted architectures.
• Escalation point for complex technical issues; onsite support as needed.
• Maintain CRM documentation and comply with Quality System procedures.
• Continuously learn and contribute to a patient-first culture; collaborate across teams.
