You will lead PASR staff, support training, and maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic flow while upholding high standards of patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of medical appointment scheduling experience.
• Direct patient contact experience.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or training staff.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and register patients, collect demographic and financial information.
• Verify insurance, eligibility, and pre-certifications, explain benefits.
• Collect co-pays, reconcile payments, and refer to financial resources.
• Master clinic scheduling to keep 90%+ full and support same-day needs.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Lead PASR staff and assist with training when needed.
• Support billing, referrals, and documentation processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service with compassion and integrity.
