Are you the type of person who loves to make someone’s day just a little easier? Do you thrive on keeping things organized, solving problems, and being the go-to expert others count on? If so, this role might be your perfect fit! We're looking for a Patient Scheduling Coordinator (level III) to be a front-line ambassador for our clinic.
In this role, you'll be the first friendly voice patients hear on the phone and the first smile they see when they walk in. But you'll do more than greet patients—you'll be their guide through the registration process, a pro at scheduling appointments, and the expert who ensures financial and insurance details are squared away so care runs smoothly. As a team leader and mentor, you'll also help coach and support other PASR staff, making sure our clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. If you love variety, leadership, and connecting with people, you'll feel right at home here.
