Job summary

MaineHealth Neurology - Biddeford is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to lead a growing neurology team. You will mentor staff, support daily clinical operations, and help shape workflows to strengthen nursing practice and patient care.

Work with an experienced Clinical Manager to drive positive outcomes. This role offers a collaborative environment, leadership development opportunities, and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for eligible RN candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility to practice in Maine.
• BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of RN experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff within the specified work areas.
• Mentor staff, support daily clinical operations and workflows.
• Strengthen team collaboration and identify process improvements.
