Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Ambulatory Care team in a full-time clinic setting in Maine. You will work closely with providers and staff to deliver patient-centered care, education, and support throughout the healthcare journey.

The role requires a BSN preferred, RN license, and at least 1 year of RN experience with onboarding requirements completed. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with higher bonuses for more experienced RNs where

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current RN license in state; BLS required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of RN experience required; onboarding requirements include New Grad Residency where available.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to educate patients and plan care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to support physicians/APPs.
