You will guide 7–8 Regional Account Managers, translating national strategy into focused regional execution while maintaining strong physician and health-system partnerships.

You will oversee education, market access, and branded initiatives, ensuring compliant, ethical leadership and a high-performing team across the territory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven leadership of managers and high-performing teams.
• 10+ years in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare.
• Experience leading complex regional launches and cross-functional teams.
• Travel readiness and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Set regional commercial direction for a high-impact Mid-Atlantic region, translating national Neurology strategy into focused execution that meets or exceeds ambitious sales objectives.
• Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 7–8 Regional Account Managers, creating clarity, accountability, and development experiences.
• Turn deep knowledge of rare-disease markets into differentiated regional priorities and actionable market insight for senior leaders.
• Use analytics and insights to identify growth opportunities and deploy resources for maximum impact.
• Partner with Regional Account Managers to build locally relevant business plans and customer strategies.
• Shape a high-performing regional culture and strengthen leadership pipelines.
