Responsibilities

• Set the commercial direction for the South-East region, translating national Neurology strategy into focused execution that meets or exceeds sales objectives.
• Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 7-8 Regional Account Managers to deliver at their best.
• Turn deep knowledge of rare-disease markets and health-system dynamics into regional priorities and actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Use performance analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources where impact is greatest.
• Partner with Regional Account Managers to build locally relevant business plans and customer strategies with compliant execution.
• Shape a high-performing regional culture by attracting talent and strengthening succession pipelines.
• Maintain a visible field presence with coaching during customer visits and business reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and health-system stakeholders to improve the customer experience.
