Mount Sinai Health System seeks a Project Manager I to oversee operational aspects of a federally funded project or department initiatives. You will support leadership, generate reports, organize conferences, and monitor timelines while coordinating with multiple teams.

The role requires arranging meetings, maintaining task lists across SmartSheet, Microsoft, and Google suites, and ensuring timely communication among investigators, subcontractors, and lab personnel.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or greater preferred, or combination of applicable work experience and education
• 3+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree; 5+ years with Bachelors degree; project management-specific experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manages multiple federally funded projects, coordinates deliverables from collaborators, tracks project milestones, communicates and mitigates issues, tracks invoicing from collaborators and vendors, prepares reports and presentations, creates and maintains task lists using SmartSheet, Microsoft and Google suite.
• Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure goals are accomplished within time frame and funding parameters.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project(s).
• Confers with staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget, including consultants and outside vendors.
• Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares project reports for stakeholders, management, client, or others and provides technical advice to resolve problems.
• Oversees participating members of the project to ensure timely communication and documentation to meet project needs.
