Advocate Health is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead funded research operations. You will oversee study timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance, while driving progress across all phases of research with a proactive leadership approach.

The role supports enrollment activities, participant engagement, and data collection, coordinating with Clinical Study Coordinators and stakeholders to meet enrollment goals and study milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent oversight and execution of funded research operations.
• Ensure study objectives are met within timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist enrollment activities and oversee day-to-day work of Clinical Study Coordinators to meet study goals.
• Monitor participant flow and study processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support regulatory processes, including preparing materials and staff training.
• Participate in progress reports and research documentation for NIH and stakeholders.
• Order study supplies and coordinate tasks to expand skills and responsibilities.
• Meet weekly with Program Manager to review progress and plan next steps.
