The Coordinator will manage scheduling, data collection, and communications with patients, families, and a cross-functional team, ensuring efficient operations and program impact.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
• 0-1 year administrative or program support experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating and scheduling interdisciplinary patient assessments, treatments, surveillance monitoring, and clinical follow-ups.
• Reviewing procedural checklists that have been developed to establish patient eligibility.
• Tracking and managing treatment-related and monitoring-related schedules for patients.
• Communicating relevant information with patients and families, care partners, clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Coordinating data collection, documentation, and tracking in support of clinical and research program needs.
• Assisting patients and families, as well as care partners in navigating program-related processes and resources.
• All other duties as assigned.
