Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to join the Alzheimer Therapeutics Program within the Neurology Department. The role focuses on coordinating patient assessments, treatments, monitoring, and follow-up care for disease-modifying therapies in Alzheimer’s care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient assessments, treatment appointments, and follow-up visits for Alzheimer’s disease-modifying therapies.
• Manage complex treatment schedules to ensure timely infusions, imaging, and evaluations.
• Support program administration, data collection, and documentation using REDCap and registries.
• Act as a key contact for patients and care partners, guiding them through the treatment program.
• Collaborate with physicians, ATP clinicians, neuroradiologists, infusion nurses, and researchers to ensure coordinated care.
