We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and strategic Practice Administrator to lead complex, multisite ambulatory operations, support top physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, and help patients and families navigate complex neurological care. In this leadership role, you'll oversee practice operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and the patient experience across multiple locations and clinical programs.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 5–7 years of supervisory experience required. 5–7 years of experience working in a healthcare environment required. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and collaborate effectively with staff at all organizational levels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), physician billing, and revenue cycle management. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, adapt to rapidly changing demands, and meet deadlines in a complex healthcare environment.
