You will support physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, optimizing patient flow and financial performance across sites. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience.
• 5–7 years of healthcare experience.
• Proven leadership and staff mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and GAAP/revenue cycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop practice managers, coordinators, and staff.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and improvements.
• Collaborate with physician leadership to advance priorities.
• Oversee onboarding, credentialing, and provider enrollment.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for operations.
