Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize sales growth in a defined Florida territory. You will partner with healthcare providers, drive product demonstrations, and coach physicians and medical staff on therapy options.

You will develop and execute territory plans aligned with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure compliant, patient-centered outcomes. Ideal candidates have pharma sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in related field.
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease or complex therapeutic areas preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred in specialty pharma or complex disease markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing, in-servicing current and potential customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive sales targets.
• Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage budgets.
• Maintain competitive edge and align cross-functional teams for cohesive strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and share insights.
• Maintain call averages with top target customers as defined in the plan.
• Take calculated risks and solve issues to improve regional performance.
