Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive market access and revenue growth in a defined Texas territory. You will partner with healthcare providers, deliver product demonstrations, and guide education to patients and staff while aligning with cross-functional teams to shape market adoption.

Ideal candidates have Bachelors, pharma sales experience, and a track record launching new products in complex disease areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians and medical staff to promote product and provide education.
• Strategically manage relationships with key accounts and meet sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and allocate promotional budgets.
• Maintain compliance with Teva policies and guidelines.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.
