Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with business, science, or quantitative focus and 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Graduate degree (MBA, PhD, or similar) and 7+ years of work experience in strategy consulting and biopharma strategy, BD, or related roles.
• Understanding of neurology and rare disease markets with ability to quickly gain in-depth understanding of disease states.
• Strong organizational, managerial and leadership skills (including influence without formal authority).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to senior management.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in storytelling and concise client-focused communications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead US new product planning projects pre-commercialization – from preclinical to Phase 3.
• Assist BD assessments for external in-line and pipeline opportunities across all phases.
• Develop forward-looking strategies, market positioning and product profiles for pipeline/LCM/external opportunities.
• Provide strategic US market insights on unmet needs, segmentation, and competitive landscape.
• Create or support market entry plans for potential new assets.
• Incorporate pipeline/LCM strategy into medium- to long-term US plans.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on US market insights and strategic direction.
