The Sr. Manager, US Emerging Portfolio Strategy (US EPS) Neurology reports to senior leadership and collaborates with global teams to shape strategy, assess preclinical to Phase 3 programs, and guide market positioning for US assets and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with business, science, or quantitative focus and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Graduate degree (MBA, PhD, or similar) and 2+ years in a professional capacity, ideally in strategy consulting and biopharma strategy, BD, new product planning or related roles.
• Understanding of neurology or rare disease markets with stakeholder perspectives and ability to quickly gain in-depth understanding.
• Excellent social competencies, ability to work in matrixed organizations, including leadership without authority.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering client presentations; strong written and oral communication, storytelling.
• Strong ability to establish a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, trust, and motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt.
• Experience in developing relationships, influencing, and gaining consensus across functions (high EQ).
• Professional and confident with ability to work with all levels, especially senior leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with comfort preparing research and data analysis for business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct US Emerging Portfolio Assessments in Neurology.
• Support pre-commercialization projects from preclinical to Phase 3.
• Support assessment for external in-line and pipeline opportunities across phases.
• Contribute to forward-looking strategies, market positioning and product profiles.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide US market insights and landscape considerations.
• Support the market entry plan for potential new assets.
• Incorporate key scientific and commercial market developments into assessments.
