Qualifications

• NP certification through AANP or ANCC.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice; good standing.
• Active RN license in the state of practice; good standing.
• Proficient with EMR and contemporary software applications.
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose patients and perform exams within scope of practice.
• Educate patients and develop care plans with the medical team.
• Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with specialists.
