Option Care Health, Inc. is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for its Ambulatory Infusion Center to deliver direct patient care, oversee IV therapies, and ensure safe treatment aligned with clinical guidelines.

You will manage infusion plans, coordinate with medical directors, and document thoroughly in the EHR while maintaining payer credentialing readiness. Occasional travel to local centers is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP program.
• Active, unrestricted NP license in the practicing state and board certification.
• Current BLS certification; credentialing-ready for payer documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in infusion center with assessments and exams.
• Prescribe and manage medications for infusion care within regulations.
• Order/interpret labs and tests; manage IV/IM/SC administration and monitor effects.
• Develop and update individualized infusion care plans with documentation in EHR.
• Communicate with medical directors, physicians, and staff for care coordination.
• Identify reactions early; coordinate emergency transfers if needed.
• Lead clinically and guide infusion nurses; support education and transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement and credentialing processes.
