Qualifications

• Advanced degree required with significant experience in HEOR/RWE in neurology.
• Experience leading HEOR/RWE planning for pipeline assets and at least one major product launch.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer landscape and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR/RWE strategies for marketed and pipeline neurology assets across all development stages.
• Develop launch and payer evidence plans to support market access and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial and Regulatory teams.
• Oversee external vendors and ensure timely, high-quality evidence generation.
