The role reports to the Director of Evidence & Innovation and collaborates across Medical Affairs, HEOR, and R&D, building foundational data assets and scalable analytics products.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Public Health, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of HEOR/RWE experience in pharma, biotech, or related industries.
• Experience with healthcare data sources (claims, EHRs, registries) and real-world data assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead data landscaping and evidence-enabling data strategy for the neurology portfolio.
• Develop and manage analytics workflows, dashboards, and analytics products.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define priority evidence questions and data needs.
• Oversee external data vendors and analytics partners to ensure quality and governance.
