Job summary

Servier in Boston seeks a Senior Manager, US Neurology Field Insights & Analytics, to shape analytics for the neurology franchise, plan and execute pre- and post-launch field insights, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Finance.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, define neurology KPIs, support launch readiness and lifecycle planning, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales analytics or BI.
• Neurology or rare disease experience preferred; launch planning a plus.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions with analytics.
• Critical thinking with strategic and tactical execution.
• Strong communication; lead and align cross-functional teams.
• Resource management and ability to deliver on time and budget.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead neurology analytics for field force sizing, targeting, segmentation, and performance.
• Define neurology KPIs and interpret sales performance analytics.
• Monitor market and customer metrics; deliver monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Forecasting, Finance, and Analytics.
• Integrate data sources for a holistic view of performance.
• Support launch readiness, brand planning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide ad hoc analytics support for key initiatives.
