Qualifications

• Demonstrated successful experience in Scientific Communications and Publications/Medical Affairs within the pharma/biotech industry.
• Significant leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop the Global Scientific Communications team for Neurology, aligned with portfolio stage and launch readiness.
• Oversee development and execution of scientific publications, medical communications, and medical education for Neurology.
• Act as SME and contributor to Neurology Global brand and medical strategy.
• Define and manage strategic publication plans across Neurology, ensuring high‑quality publications and real‑world data.
• Develop engagement models and multichannel platforms to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Partner with Global Medical Product Heads and Global Commercial Lead for medical‑commercial alignment on dissemination strategy.
• Lead Integrated Evidence Generation Plan communications with various functions and country teams.
• Oversee internal medical education content and country-level training materials using digital/AI tools.
• Maintain awareness of Neurology trends and identify areas impacting Scientific Communications Plans.
