Qualifications

Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
15+ years of progressive experience in Medical Communications, Publications, Medical Affairs, or related functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the long-term integrated global strategy for Medical Communications, Publications, and Medical Information.
Partner with Medical Affairs Leadership to define strategy and drive organizational development.
Build and retain a best-in-class scientific communications organization recognized for innovation, excellence, compliance, and scientific rigor.
Interact with key societies and organizations related to publications and congresses.
Establish and chair publication governance structures and publication committees.
Drive innovation in scientific engagement, digital communications, and omnichannel medical education approaches.
Act as a senior scientific representative and thought leader to external stakeholders.
