Job summary

Banner University Medical Group is seeking an experienced PFS/Front Office Representative for our Neurology Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. You will coordinate registration, verify insurance, obtain authorizations and provide financial counseling to patients and families throughout the care continuum.

You will train at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix until the Scottsdale facility opens, joining a fast-paced, patient-focused team that supports access to care and financial clarity.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree with focus in social work, healthcare administration or finance.
• Minimum of three years of diversified experience in a hospital Patient Registration/Financial Services setting.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communications and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate all financial aspects of care, including insurance verification, registration and financial counseling.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations; document information for reimbursement.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss benefits, options and resources with patients and families.
