Trinity Health Of New England's Neurology Practice in Middlebury seeks a friendly Medical Receptionist/Business Services Representative to warmly welcome patients and support superb care. You will schedule appointments, register patients, verify insurance, and collect copays at service time to keep visits smooth and efficient.

As the first point of contact, you will coordinate pre-authorizations and referrals, help prepare charts, and assist providers with administrative tasks.

Formación

• Experience in a medical office or billing department preferred.
• Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates patient registrations.
• Verifies insurance and collects copays at time of service.
