Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, maintain, train, and service the Neurology product line at contracted accounts. The role requires significant travel and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

You will perform installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, networks, and proprietary hardware/software, while documenting activities in the CRM and supporting the installation team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of field service experience, ideally with medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, consult, train, and service Neurology product lines at contracted accounts.
• Manage onsite installations and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot PCs, networks, and hardware/software issues with escalation when needed.
• Provide customer training during installations or scheduled classes.
• Document all activities in the CRM system and maintain administrative duties.
• Travel extensively within the territory and support installation teams as required.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
