Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating medical student clerkships and electives.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across sites and colleges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Coordinator for the Neurology Medical Student Clerkship and oversee activities for third- and fourth-year medical students and visiting students.
• Coordinate schedules for fourth-year neurology electives and communicate schedules to students, faculty, clinical sites, and other stakeholders.
• Act as liaison among students, course directors, faculty, clinical sites, and the College of Medicine.
• Track attendance and submit required reports to the Dean's Office regarding student performance.
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding for rotating students at multiple locations and maintain affiliation agreements with external hospitals and rotation sites.
• Manage the VSLO program and ensure compliance with College of Medicine policies and procedures.
