Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Selectives and Electives Committee logistics, including meeting scheduling, agendas, room reservations, tech setup and food orders.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to committee members in a timely manner.
• Track action items and follow up to ensure closure and documentation.
• Assist with the review and processing of new selective and elective course proposals and submissions.
• Maintain records of approved selectives and electives with course requirements and credits.
• Coordinate communication of committee decisions to course directors and registrars.
• Plan and coordinate student orientation and didactics for Critical Care rotations, including materials and expectations.
• Manage communications with unit coordinators and RHN sites for core rotations.
• Assist with RCE log assignments and track grade submissions for rotations.
• Provide administrative support to course directors for planning, delivery, and evaluation.
• Coordinate rooms and materials for educational sessions and mandatory events.
• Maintain and update course pages on the LMS and track grade timeliness.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for Intern 101, including scheduling and curriculum development.
• Support Geriatric Medicine course administration, communications and grade submission.
