Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Program Coordinator II to support the Neurology fellowship programs (Vascular Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, Epilepsy). You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate accreditation activities, and serve as the liaison among fellows, faculty, GME, and external regulators.

Strong organizational skills and office software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and two years relevant program experience.
• A bachelor's degree and three years relevant program experience. Candidate must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people, must be able to multi task.
• Experience with administration support for higher education or Academic Universities.
• Must have working knowledge of computer and software applications including Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and able to work independently with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 35% – Fellowship Program Administration and Accreditation Management.
• 35% – Program Operations, Recruitment, and Fellow Support.
• 25% – Residency Program Support and Institutional Collaboration.
• 5% – Professional Development and Special Projects
