Job summary

Treeline Biosciences is seeking a clinician-scientist to bridge basic neuroscience research with clinical development strategy in a rich scientific environment. You will lead the design, implementation, and conduct of clinical development programs to support decision milestones and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical operations, investigators, biostatisticians, and biomarker teams to drive strategy, trial feasibility, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• MD with Board-certification in Neurology and clinical practice experience.
• Experience leading complex, global early-phase clinical programs.
• Strong ability to analyze data and interpret clinical relevance.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and strategic medical guidance for neurology therapeutics.
• Develop clinical development plans to support registration trials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease area and external developments.
• Liaise with stakeholders, advisory boards, patient groups and regulators.
• Act as medical monitor and ensure compliant trial conduct.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for protocol development and data review.
• Support regulatory interactions and end-of-phase meetings.
