Responsibilities

• Serves as the clinical point of accountability for the Clinical Development Team and the overall development plan.
• Demonstrates matrix leadership to motivate teams and align with People Strategy.
• Ensures studies meet regulatory, quality, medical, and access goals.
• Provides clinical leadership and disease area expertise into integrated strategies.
• Presents clinical strategy to senior leadership and supports portfolio progression.
