Cook Children’s in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the Calmont Operations Building. This full-time role handles patient greetings, intake, check-out, scheduling, registration, billing and payments, with a focus on accurate insurance knowledge and professional communication.

The position requires a High School diploma, customer service experience, and a preference for bilingual candidates. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage in-take and check-out encounters with friendly communication.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously and route calls as needed.
• Schedule, register, and bill clinic patients and assist with payments and insurance basics.
• Maintain patient flow and adapt to staffing and patient volume changes.
