Bush Veterinary Neurology Service in Springfield, VA is hiring a Client Care Representative (Neurology) for a full-time, days-only role. The position offers $20–$25 per hour and a four 10-hour shift schedule each week.

Greet clients, manage check-ins, answer calls and emails, and coordinate appointments while maintaining accurate records in our practice management system. Strong customer service and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, or 5 years as a Client Service Representative in another setting.
• Veterinary Receptionist experience a plus.
• Professional phone, in-person and email etiquette a must

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guide them through check-in procedures
• Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails and emails
• Provide compassionate client communication and education
• Schedule patient appointments
• Record requests and communications with referring veterinary offices
• Utilize practice management software to maintain client and patient records
• Administrative duties such as filing, data entry, faxing, emailing
• Check-out clients, ensuring discharge information and charges are correct
• End of day processes
