Job summary

Shionogi Inc. seeks a Neurology Account Specialist to meet sales goals in a defined U.S. territory, focusing on ALS-related products and integrated territory plans.

The role requires deep clinical discussions with healthcare professionals and collaboration with medical, access, and regional teams. The NAS will analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to position products, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and hospital personnel across the ALS center

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• At least 2 years in Neurology and/or CNS.
• Experience with new product launches.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales objectives via approved market strategies.
• Engage healthcare professionals with clinical discussions using approved materials.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Directors and HUB services to drive strategy.
• Develop a dynamic territory business plan based on market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and hospital staff.
• Navigate formulary processes to ensure product availability.
• Plan travel and scheduling to maximize field efficiency.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Comply with pharma regulations and guidelines.
