Job summary

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient neuro rehabilitation team.

You will evaluate adults with neurologic conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's, MS, SCI, and vestibular disorders, and contribute to orthopedic care as needed. Responsibilities include building individualized treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to maximize mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience treating neurologic populations is preferred.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adults with neurologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers.
