HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Neurologic Physical Therapist for its outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation program in Green Bay, WI. The PT will evaluate and treat adults with neurologic conditions, developing individualized plans and educating patients to maximize function and independence.

A strong interest in neuro rehab and mentorship-based learning is encouraged, with full-time hours and flexible shifts. Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin is required, with prior neurologic experience

The PT would evaluate and treat primarily adults with neurologic conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and vestibular disorders, while also providing evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, educates patients and caregivers, and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to maximize function, mobility, and independence.
