Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Wisconsin state licensure to practice required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing evaluations of residents’ physical capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Address mobility, balance, and pain management challenges.
• Assist in recovery from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses through targeted therapies.
• Educate residents and staff on fall prevention and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational and speech therapists for holistic care.
