Job summary

Endocrine is seeking a highly qualified neurologist to join our team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will diagnose complex neurological conditions using patient history, clinical examination, and neurological testing, and provide expert consultations for aftercare and long-term management.

You will monitor patient progress, adjust medications as needed, and prescribe treatments aimed at improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO Degree required.
• NJ and PA medical licenses required.
• Board certification (BC/BE) in Neurology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex neurological conditions based on history, exam, and tests.
• Consult with patients on aftercare and long-term management.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments or medications accordingly.
• Prescribe treatments to improve patient condition.
• Order tests and interpret results for optimal options.
• Maintain accurate records for billing and claims.

Job description

Pay Range:

$318,000.00-$578,681.00

Opportunity Details:

• Diagnosing complex medical problems by referring to a patient's history, examining them and conducting neurological tests

• Consult with patients on aftercare and long-term health management strategies

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments or medication as needed

• Prescribe treatments or medication best suited to improve the patient's condition

• Order tests and interpret results in order to determine the best treatment options

• Keep accurate patient medical records; completing all necessary documentation to allow for timely and efficient billing and claim submittal

• Attend training and seminars to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in neurology

• Participates in on-call schedule in a responsive and timely manner

Qualifications:

• MD/DO Degree

• NJ & PA licenses

• BC/BE in Neurology

• 3+ years of specialty training from an accredited neurology residency program
