Job summary

Dayton Children's is seeking a Neurophysiology Lab Supervisor to lead neurophysiology services, including intraoperative monitoring (IONM), EEG, EP and NCV. The role collaborates with the Ambulatory Manager, Chief and Service Line Director to drive education, training and protocol development at the Main Campus.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide 24/7 coverage for operational needs and emergencies as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health field is required.
• 1–3 years of neurodiagnostic experience; 5+ years preferred.
• CNIM ABRET or equivalent certification required; board eligible.
• Must be able to provide 24/7 administrative coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning, organizing and directing neurophysiology services.
• Provide guidance to staff performing IONM, EEG, EP, NCV and related tests.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory Manager and Chief for education, training and protocols.
• Cover staff during surgical downtime as needed.
