Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years experience in neurodiagnostic testing including EEG, Evoked Potentials, intraoperative monitoring (IOM) and transcranial dopplers.
• ABRET EEG Technologist certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct multidepartment/site neurodiagnostic operations, ensuring productivity and staffing efficiency.
• Maintain clinical expertise in neurodiagnostic procedures and stay current on related issues.
• Provide day-to-day work direction to staff and collaborate with leadership for smooth department functioning.
• Oversee inpatient, outpatient, and surgical schedules and related diagnostic support.
• Evaluate quality of patient care and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead orientation and continuing training for staff and participate in budgeting and cost containment.
