Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Neurodiagnostic Operations Supervisor to lead multi-site EEG/evoked potential services, ensuring productivity and high-quality patient care. Bachelor's degree required; ABRET certification and 20% travel to southeastern WI preferred; salary range provided

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in neurodiagnostic testing/technology.
• Experience with EEG, Evoked Potential procedures, intraoperative monitoring (IOM) and transcranial dopplers preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical protocols and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct multi-department/site neurodiagnostic operations to ensure productivity and high-quality care.
• Coordinate inpatient, outpatient, and surgical schedules; manage staff and resources.
• Contribute to performance improvement, training, budgeting, and hiring decisions.
