Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dynamic Neurodiagnostic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities and technical services across assigned neurodiagnostic areas. You will plan, organize, and coordinate area activities, monitor performance, and implement short-term plans to meet standards.

You will oversee staffing, budget control, and staff training while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Clinical required.
• Progressive management in neurodiagnostics (3–5 years).
• Registered EEG technician per ABRET standards.
• Knowledge of clinical practice, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Ability to prepare complex written materials.
• Strong communication with staff, management, physicians and families.
• Leadership to motivate individuals and teams toward goals.
• Negotiation skills with staff and physicians.
• Ability to plan/schedule tasks and manage workflow.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Physical ability for light work (up to 25 lbs).
• Good visual acuity for data, transcription, and reading.
• May be exposed to infectious disease; possible driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities and technical services of neurodiagnostic areas.
• Plan, organize, implement, and coordinate area activities and services.
• Monitor operations to meet standards and objectives.
• Develop and implement short-term operational plans.
• Schedule work, distribute assignments, ensure staffing per workload.
• Lead Associates; monitor performance and assist with goals.
• Develop orientation, training, and education processes for staff.
• Manage budgets and authorize expenditures.
• Assist with capital budgets and cost-control plans.
• Develop quality assessment/improvement programs and standards.
• Recommend procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Investigate trends and regulatory developments; adopt new procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, accrediting standards.
• Develop staff training and continuing education; participate in professional organizations.
• Serve as physician liaison for problem solving; maintain interdepartmental relationships.
• Provide supervision for Associates in assigned areas.
