Job summary

GW Hospital seeks a dynamic leader to manage the Neurophysiology department 24/7, coordinating clinical tests and monitoring procedures across the hospital. You will communicate critical findings to Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, and staff while providing clear leadership and strategic direction.

With a strong background in clinical neurophysiology, you will supervise and optimize performance, ensuring high-quality patient care in a tertiary academic medical center setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Board Registration Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG.T) required
• Certified Long Term Monitoring Technologists (CLTM) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the clinical Neurophysiology field
• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 operational management and strategic planning of the department
• Meet patient needs and support the department by managing performance of clinical tests
• Monitor procedures throughout the hospital and communicate pertinent information to Neurologists and Neurosurgeons
• Provide leadership and direction to the department
