Job summary

Neuroscience Group is seeking an Imaging Services Supervisor to lead imaging, lab, neurodiagnostics, and MRI operations. The role emphasizes standards, safety, and cohesive teamwork to deliver superior patient care across multiple sites.

The supervisor will mentor staff, implement quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with clinical leaders to manage budgets, scheduling, and service delivery. A strong background in radiology supervision and collaboration with physicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience in radiology/NDX strongly preferred.
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, market assessments, and service line development.
• Proven excellence in business development, communication, and physician relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and organize multiple tasks.
• Adaptable to changing practice needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises imaging, lab, special procedures, neurodiagnostics and MRI activities.
• Develops standards, policies, and procedures for high-quality patient care.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment.
• Coordinates HR resources to meet department goals.
• Promotes infection control, OSHA, bloodborne pathogen and ergonomic programs.
• Collaborates with leaders to develop new service delivery products.
• Reviews budget implications and monitors monthly expenditures.
• Manages procurement, use, and billing of imaging supplies and services.
• Monitors coding and billing with Business Office for accuracy.
• Works with operations to optimize access through scheduling improvements.
