Jobtailor seeks a dynamic Neurodiagnostic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities and technical services across assigned neurodiagnostic areas. You will plan, organize, and coordinate area activities, monitor performance, and implement short-term plans to meet standards.
You will oversee staffing, budget control, and staff training while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives across departments.

Develop and implement limited or short-term operational plans
Plan and schedule work, distribute assignments, and ensure adequate staffing based on workload and productivity standards
Manage Associates, monitor performance, clarify expectations, assist with goal setting, and promote cooperation
Develop and implement orientation, training, and education processes to assess and maintain staff competence
Develop and monitor expense budgets and authorize expenditures
Assist with capital budgets and cost-control plans
Develop and maintain performance standards and quality assessment/improvement programs
Recommend procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality
Investigate trends and clinical developments and introduce new procedures
Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and accrediting agency requirements
Develop and implement staff training and continuing education programs
Advance the profession through professional organization participation and required ongoing training
Ensure good interdepartmental relationships and serve as a physician resource and liaison for advanced problem solving
Provide direct and/or indirect supervision for Associates in assigned areas
Demonstrates expertise in managing neurodiagnostic operations, including staff training, budget management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Proven ability to lead teams, enhance operational efficiency, and implement quality improvement programs.
