Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a clinical neurodiagnostic team.
• Strong knowledge of EEG/EMU operations and patient care quality.
• Ability to develop staff and improve performance.
• Experience with regulatory standards and SOX/compliance workflows.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day neurodiagnostic operations and staff.
• Oversee EEG/EMU testing workflows and patient care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize programs.
• Monitor compliance with policies, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and manage department budget and staffing plans.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and reporting.
