Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build trust and rapport with children, families, and care teams.
• Foundational knowledge in Medicine or related health fields; experience or exposure to Critical Care Medicine is beneficial for understanding complex child health needs.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving in family-facing interactions.
• Experience working with children and families in healthcare, social services, education, or community support settings.
• Ability to navigate electronic health records and basic technology tools for documentation and coordination of care.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Public Health) or equivalent experience.
