• Teach and model value of every individual’s experience caring for a child or youth with emotional, behavioral, mental health, or co-occurring disorders.
• Foster equal partnership with child/youth, family, and caregiver.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinator to complete CANS assessment and related tools.
• Assist caregivers in developing informal/formal support networks.
• Lead and facilitate family team meetings and document plans and actions.
• Support caregivers in navigating school meetings and related services.
